Ava Athman
Ava is the daughter of Jake and Anika Athman. Throughout her time at SRRHS, she
participated in Volleyball, Track and Field, and was a member of the Minnesota Honor Society. In
addition to taking Advanced Placement classes in tenth and eleventh grades, she participated in
Post Secondary Enrollment Options full time her senior year. She loves coaching youth
volleyball camps so she can share her passion for the sport.

Ava will be attending Bemidji State University. She will start her pre-med track with majors in
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Ava will also play volleyball for Bemidji State University.


Alexis Clark
Alexis is the daughter of Scott Clark and Lindsay Pope. Her favorite subjects in high school
were math and science. She participated in Math League and Knowledge Bowl. In Math
League, Alexis scored the highest marks for SRRHS twice and also scored in the top ten in the
district. She enjoyed the challenges and making new friends. She even joined DnD (Dungeons
and Dragons) for a year. Overall, she enjoyed every second of high school.

Alexis plans to attend the University of MN, Rochester to study genetics.


Alayna Furman
Alayna is the daughter of Andrew and Dana Furman. She was the President of SRRHS DECA
where she was also a six-time International Competitive Qualifier. Alayna has received many
awards through DECA, including the MN DECA Speakers’ Bureau Award and the MN DECA
Outstanding Student Leader Award. She was also the President of our school’s MN Honor
Society. Alayna loved finding ways to give back to the community from hosting local food,
clothing, and blood drives to serving as a Junior Election Judge for the City of Sauk Rapid.
Additionally, Alayna was the Senior Class President, Link Leader, and member of the Principal’s Cabinet, and Student Council.

Alayna will be attending the College of St. Benedict to pursue Pre-Law. She plans to major in
Political Science with a minor in English.


Gunnar Jacobson
Gunnar is the son of Nik and Amy Jacobson. He played LaCrosse and Hockey. He was a Link
Leader and a member of the SRRHS MN Honor Society. Gunnar attended St. Cloud State
University full-time through the Post Secondary Enrollment Options program. He currently
works for the SCSU Pro Shop, Hillside Kids Club, and is a US Hockey Official. In his free time,
Gunnar enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and mountain biking.

Gunnar plans to major in Exercise Science and Nutrition at Edgewood College in Madison, WI.


Elizabeth Kruger
Elizabeth is the daughter of Ernie and Ann Kruger. She was on the Gymnastics Team since 7th
grade and Captain her Senior year. She also made the Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll for the
Central Lakes Conference. In addition to Gymnastics, Elizabeth was a member of MN Honor
Society, Link Leaders, and Prom Committee. Outside of school, she was active in her church
and worked at Gilman Co-op Creamery. In her free time, Elizabeth loves to read, shop, travel,
exercise, and spend time with family and friends.

Elizabeth will be attending the University of MN, Twin Cities to major in Kinesiology. She hopes
to become a Physical Therapist.


Sierra Kutzera
Sierra is the daughter of Sherri Hasselbring. Throughout her high school career, she was
involved in Math League, Knit and Crochet Club, Marching Storm, Winter Guard, Band, and
Robotics. She was also part of the MN Honor Band and River City Rhythm. Currently, she is in
the Color Guard with Phantom Regiment, an independent drum corps. Sierra’s hobbies include
crocheting, writing, and shopping for clothes.

Sierra will be attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to major in Aerospace
Engineering.


Jordyn Lee
Jordyn is the daughter of Matt and Amy Lee. Her biggest passion was volleyball. When she
wasn’t playing school volleyball, she was playing club volleyball, traveling to tournaments, and
coaching at volleyball camps. Jordyn was also involved in DECA. Outside of school, she works
as a barista at the St. Cloud Hospital. Her favorite things to do in the summer are hiking,
swimming, being on the water, shopping, and spending time with friends.

Jordyn plans to pursue a medical path at South Dakota State University.


Tyler Schreifels
Tyler is the son of Earl and Sandra Schreifels. He was active in Robotics where he enjoyed
using his creativity to build and design projects from scratch. Throughout his school years, Tyler
also played soccer and baseball during the summers. Outside of school, he enjoys being
outdoors, spending time with family, and exploring State Parks.

Tyler is planning to further his education at St. Cloud State University.


Lisha Tong
Lisha is the daughter of Jackie Tong and Jenny Le. She took great pride in her work ethic and
taking on academic challenges. Lisha was the President of Common Diversity where she met
many amazing people from different backgrounds. She also earned school honors of Perfect
Attendance and "A" Honor Roll. Outside of school, Lisha gets to use her passion for art and
design at her Pandora Jewelry job. Overall, she feels that her strong work ethic allows her to
feel motivated and accomplished.

Lisha will be attending the University of MN, Twin Cities to pursue a major in Graphic Design or
Architecture.


Emily VanVickle
Emily is the daughter of Clint and Angie VanVickle. She was active in Hockey and Softball. In
Hockey, Emily was captain for two years, earned an Academic All-State award, and made the
Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. She was also involved in Link Leaders, Prom Committee, and MN
Honor Society. Outside of school, she works at the Red Barn Dairy Queen and loves camping,
swimming, being on the lake, watching sports, listening to music, and being outside. Her
favorite high school memories include going to football games, the dances, and senior
Powderpuff.

Emily will be attending North Dakota State University where she will likely pursue a major in healthcare.
