2023 Local Scholarship Recipients Named

During a ceremony on Wednesday, May 17, in the Sauk Rapids-Rice High School Performing Arts Center (PAC) 44 organizations handed out almost $70,000 to 57 recipients. 

The criteria to receive a scholarship varies. Some awards are based on a student’s anticipated major area of study in college, academic achievement, leadership or community involvement, to name just a few of the many criteria students might meet to be considered for a scholarship.

The annual local scholarship awards ceremony is organized by the Sauk Rapids-Rice High School counseling office.

The entire Sauk Rapids-Rice school community extends a HUGE thank you to all of the area businesses and organizations that generously fund these scholarship awards for our graduating students.
